Dear Phyllis, It really saddened me to see Louie's picture and obituary in the Ruston Daily Leader. I have always had such fond memories of you two. Your kindness, laughter and business ethics were superb. You are such a strong woman, I know you will still enjoy life, do what is necessary and enjoy the family as you have in the past. I had forgotten that you had four children. May God give you good memories and a special future led by Him. This isn't the most personal, but is was handy. You know me, I'm busy with something all the time, but in good health and Don and I travel quite a bit. Take care of yourself. With prayers and thoughts, Mary Shankles

Dear Phyllis, I was saddened to read of the death of your beloved Louie in today's paper! I know he put up a valiant fight with diabetes and I am assuming that is the battle he finally lost. I shall always remember your bravery in his fight and how you were so supportive of him. Take care of yourself and know that you will always miss him but time will lessen your sorrow. Sincerely, Libby English, 2109 Mesa Street, Ruston
