Lisa Ann Barton-Saxon, of Calhoun, LA, passed away on March 28, 2021 at the age of 51. Lisa was born on April 22, 1969 in Monroe, LA.

Lisa was a graduate of West Monroe High School, class of 1987, and made her career in nursing as an LPN, retiring after 27 years of service. She was a member and baptized at the OK Corral Church. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loving on her grandbabies. She loved her horse Peanut and had a passion for barrel racing. She was a lifelong lover of cats and owned many throughout her lifetime. Lisa is preceded in death by her father Danny M. Barton, grandparents Martha and B.C. Massey, and Lucille and Christel C. Barton.

Lisa is survived by her two children; Jerrica Hall (Will) and Hank Saxon (fiancée Allison), granddaughters; Cambryn Hall and Lillian Jones; mother Ann Massey; brother Chris Barton (Kristy), nieces Abbey and Allie Barton, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In light of COVID-19 restrictions, a graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA. Masks and social distancing are encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations through Facebook Pay.
