A Celebration of Life for Linda Vowell Griggs Woodall, 74 of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 14 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe with Reverend Mike Stravato officiating. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.Linda was born April 6, 1941 in Lake Providence, LA and passed away November 6, 2015 in Cozumel, Mexico. She was retired from Chase Mortgage, where she was a Customer Service Representative; a member of Family Church; the Queen Mother of the Sassy Senioritas Red Hat Club; and was very active at the West Ouachita Senior Center in painting, ceramics, quilting, book club, and a vast array of creative arts.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Griggs; son, Bobby Griggs; and grandsons, Colton Custer and Michael Griggs; daughter-in-law, Cindy Woodall; brother, Wayne Vowell.Linda is survived by her husband, Devon Woodall; two daughters, Marianna Griggs Bell and husband Ricky and Lisa Griggs Custer and husband Clyde; two sons, Devone Woodall and wife Norma and Keith Woodall; sister, Geraldine Vowell; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a special aunt, Mary Rinicker.Pallbearers are Jamie Simpson, Ricky Bell, Jr., Tony Simpson, Cody Custer, Jake Bell and Luke Bell.Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, November 13 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA
