Funeral Services for Mrs. Laura Varner, 71, of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church in Farmerville, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Ken Richmond and Rev. Ray Toney. Interment will follow in Enterprise Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA. Mrs. Varner was born on January 5, 1935, went to meet with her Lord and Saviour on July 22, 2006. She leaves behind to treasure her memories: husband, Dale Varner; sons, Bo Varner and wife Lori; Harold Varner and wife Sandy; daughters, Ida Sharp; Jan Toney and husband Ray; Shelli Ham and husband Allan; sister, Pauline McRae; 12grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are grandsons: Randall Stamey, Peter Stamey, Adam Stamey, Justin Stamey, Shane McCarty, Chris Stanley, David Long, Raymond Toney and Brian Varner. Visitation will be held Monday, July 24, 2006, 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA. Messages may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com.
