To Laura, Friends & Family, I recently got to know Laura as her co-worker and friend at Mt. Resorts in the accounting department.  We had been talking about celebrating her birthday for an entire month, because one day just isn't enough to celebrate life.  Please know that although we miss her terribly, we will celebrate her life and vibrant spirit for the rest of our lives.  I love and miss you girl!  May you find your way in peace.

I was Laura's direct supervisor at Mountain Resorts Association Management.  Laura was such a valuable asset to this company and to our department.  She was also a friend that I treasured.  Sammy is my 6-year-old granddaughter that had become quite attached to Laura.  She is taking comfort that Laura is with God and is asking God to watch over her in heaven.  Laura, I miss you and I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life.Debbie

Margaret Thompson left a message on December 4, 2007:
Dear Larry,May the  sweet memories of your lovely daughter be a part of what sustains youas you journey the path of this life. Know that when we are in the depths of sorrow that there is One who will lift us up and carry us until we are able to regain balance enough to walk on our own along side of Him. When the going gets tough, think of something that you can do in Laura's memory. It can be as simple as cooking her favorite food, going to a ball game, planting a flower. It will be your choice. Just do it and it seems that the day will go better. May you find peace in knowing that she has conqueredwhat we must all one day conquer. Place your grief into the hands of the One who gave her to you and Sharon those 29 years ago.                Your Friend,                Margaret Thompson

Holly and Paul Wood left a message on December 4, 2007:
Mr. Jarrell, I was so very sad to hear about Laura.  My heart is breaking for you and your family.  I have the fondest memories of her and her brothers and sister.  I'm not sure if you remember, but when Paul and I were first married, we would stay with your kids at your home while you and Mrs. Jarrell would go out of town to market for the dress shop.  Laura was probably 3 at the time.  I'll never forget asking her what she wanted to eat for dinner one night, and she said in that sweet little voice, "poptorn and shicken."  I've never been able to say popcorn and chicken correctly since!  I've quoted her more times than you can imagine!  I know this is the most difficult of times, but my wish for you is that your many beautiful, happy memories of Laura surround you and that the Angels, Saints, and our Father from Heaven above bring you and your family peace.Holly Wood

One day, we will all reunite! Until then, find rest in the arms of Jesus and know you are loved and being prayed for.

Laura was always such a fun, alive and confident person.  I really enjoyed going down the street to her house because you never knew what we were going to do.  I still enjoy watching the music videos and TV commercials we made for when we would "make it big."  There were always lots of possibilities with Laura.Though I've not seen her in many years, our friendship is still highly cherished in my heart.Much love and many blessings to you each. I am terribly sorry for your loss. Sincerely,Jenn Davidson
