Laura Kathryn Christy Campbell returned to God's loving arms on Monday, December 30, 2013. Born on August 14, 1939, she was the youngest child of Tom and Laura Christy. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, her husband William “Bill” Campbell and her son Billy “Joey” Frazier. She is survived by friends who will continue to celebrate her life as they share memories and tell stories through the years. While Kathryn lived a few years in central Texas, most of her life was enjoyed in Ouachita Parish. Some people knew her as a beautician, some knew her as an Emergency Medical Technician, some knew her as a medical coding clerk, others knew her as a clerk within the court system and many knew her as a friend with a big heart. Kathryn requested no investment be made in flowers. Memorials may be made to your own church or the charity of your choice. A Graveside Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Cypress Community, Eros, LA with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
