My prayers are with your family. Jon was a wonderful person. Just remember you will see him again in Heaven---Trust God to get you through this---get your strength from God, your family and friends. Talk about it and always remember Jon don't ever forget the good and bad times!!!! To the Family of Lance Corporal Jon Eric Bowman. I do not know your son/husband personally, but I am so proud to be an American because of young men like him. Last night my family and I were on the Interstate when your son/husband was being transported to Ruston. My father got out of the car on the side of the road and saluted your son/husband as the hearse drove by. I am so deeply sadden that our boys have to give all for the freedoms we enjoy here in America. Please accept my deepest condolences. I will certainly keep you in my prayers. With great respect may God hold you in his arms and comfort you during this sad time. Your son/husband still lives today in heaven and you will see him again....God bless you.
