Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, April 1, 2019 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.There will also be a funeral service at 11:00 AM Monday, April 8, 2019 at Resthaven Mortuary in Wichita, Kansas. Kiara will be laid to rest at Resthaven Garden of Memories, Wichita, Kansas.Kiara was born October 26, 1999 in Wichita, Kansas and passed away March 27, 2019 in Calhoun, LA.Kiara was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Kazuko Parrish and Bertha Elee. She was a graduate of Clearwater High School in Clearwater, Kansas. She was currently employed as a server at Walk On in West Monroe.Kiara is survived by her mother, Carolyn Clasen and husband James; father, Michael Elee; brother, Seth Elee; step-sister, Maygan Doll and husband Landon and Jaymee Brady and husband Jeff; step-brother, Austin Clasen; nieces and nephews, Lawson, Londyn, Finlee and Stella; grandparents; Jack Parrish and wife Carolyn and Roy Elee; several aunts, uncles and cousins and a host of dear friends.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ms. Kiara for your loss. No doubt she was a bright young lady with a full life ahead of her. and I know you will miss her dearly. Many wonder why this happened to such a young person. God’s Word the Bible provides us with the answer. I hope you can draw comfort from His word, as I have, where He promises us that there is going to be a resurrection and that we can be reunited with our dear loved ones again - right here on the earth.
