Graveside service for Kathy Ann Courtney Garner, age 69 of Mineral Springs Community, LA will be held Sunday, November 8, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at Greenwood Cemetery in Ruston. Rev. Paul Watts will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Kathy was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ruston. Preceded in death are her mother, Dorothy Johnson; father, W.A. Courtney; stepmother, Gladys Woods Courtney and sister, Amy Courtney.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Dale Garner; daughter, Julie Ledet (Tim); grandchildren, Alexis Ledet and Samantha Ledet; siblings, Bonnie Mobley and Bruce Courtney (Betty Jean), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are John Robuck, Steve Watts, Dennis Allen, Barry Frasier, David Courtney and Carl Parker. Honorary Pallbearers are Toby Parker, Daniel Farrar, F.J. Armand. Roy Decker and Wesley Mobley.
