Funeral services for Justin David Campbell, 27 of West Monroe, will be held at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, August 19, 2021 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ West Monroe. Rev. Gerald Brinkley will officiate and his final resting place will be at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be held prior to service from 1:30 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Justin was born on May 5, 1994 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on August 14, 2021 in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was employed by Outlaw Tree Service.

Justin is survived by his children, Charles Hendrix Campbell and Lennon Ray Campbell; mother of his children, Ashlyn Russell; mother, Ginger Smith; father, Terry Kelley; sisters, Crystal Hamilton and husband Dusty and Misty Ragus; brother, Tim Kelley and wife Sarah; grandmother, Virginia Hemphill and many other cherished family and friends.
