Josephine was born on December 20, 1937, in Farmerville, LA and passed away on March 7, 2018 in Tupelo, MS. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Spearsville, LA. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Zollie Stansbury and Sammy Galloway, parents, Jessie and Susie Ruby.Survivors include her children Suzonne Hueckel and husband Michael of Tupelo, MS; two grandchildren, Brian Hueckel and wife Emily; and Jessica Rhodes and husband Robert; three great-grandchildren, Emma Hueckel, Sadie Hueckel, and Jase Rhodes; brothers, Rodney Ruby and wife Susie Ruby and J.B.
