Funeral services for Joseph Chris Donaldson will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 27, 2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Clyde Piercy will officiate. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Chris was born June 17, 1961 in Delhi, LA and passed away January 24, 2017 in Calhoun, LA. Chris loved spending time with family and friends, and especially loved his granddaughter, Bladen. He loved frogging, mud riding and was an avid Saints fan. Chris was preceded in death by his father, Levon Donaldson, mother, Jearline Kirkham and step-father, Richard Kirkham.Chris is survived by the love of his life, Kim Donaldson; daughter, Carra Donaldson and granddaughter, Bladen Donaldson; siblings, Eugene Donaldson, Sherry Camp( John) Diana Huffty (Shannon) Rex Mahaffey Jr. and Karen Moorhead (Jamie); numerous nieces and nephews and his dog Moose.Pallbearers will be John Bearden, Will Turnbow, Eugene Donaldson, Chris Hayden, Greg Donaldson, Rex Mahaffey, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Moorhead, Shannon Huffty, John Camp.Visitation will be held Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA
