Graveside memorial service for Johnny Smith, 73, of West Monroe  will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 17, 2021 at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, Louisiana.

Johnny was born July 18, 1948 in Rayville, LA and passed away August 25, 2021 in Monroe. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wouddie Edward Smith and Dannis Irene Smith; brother Carey Smith. Johnny loved music, fishing, golf, horses, duck hunting, country dancing and a cold beer with his family and friends. The thing that he really loved most was spending time with family and the many nieces and nephews.

Johnny is survived by his son, Joseph Smith; grandchildren; Connor Smith and Tyson Smith; son Justin Brown and wife Jennifer; grandchildren; Rachel, Scout and Piper Brown; daughter Stephanie Smith; grandchildren; Myka Augerson and Nevaeh Burks; siblings, Margie Smith, Jimmy Smith and wife Bobbie, Marie Viola and Charlotte Gaston.
