He was preceded in death by his 2 sisters. Mr. Bertrand is survived by his wife Frankie Bertrand; daughter: Christine Haifley and husband John II of Ruston; grandchildren: John Haifley III, Grynis Nordman, Erin Haifley and Jacob Haifley; great -grandchildren: Breelyn Haifley and Carter Nordman; and nephew: Ray Chapman.
