Funeral services for Joe Ibanez will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Gene Benson and Rev. Glenn Lenard officiating. Interment will follow at Lapine Assembly of God Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Joe was a loving husband, wonderful father, and amazing grandpa. Everyone is left with only fond memories of him.
He retired from Graphic Packaging after many years as a machine operator and was preceded in death by his daughter, Leisa Pope.
Joe is survived by his wife of 40 years, Joyce Ibanez; children Cody Ibanez and wife, Autumn and Kayla Miller and husband, Jody; 7 grandchildren Noah, Charlie, Dakota, Elijah, Jennifer, Jessica and Justin; 3 great-grandchildren, Hannah, Hazel and Jayda; brothers Javier, Thomas and Raymond and son-in-law Tony Pope.
Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Ibanez, Jody Miller, Tony Pope, Todd Johnson, Dakota Miller and Ricky Frith.
