Private Graveside services for Jodie May, 73, of West Monroe, were held at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Rev. Greg Clark officiated and interment followed.
Jodie was born on May 23, 1949 and passed away on July 3, 2022 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was retired from Entergy with 31 years of loyal service. Her favorite pastime was spending time reading her Bible and attending church at Cedar Crest Baptist Church and she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Pierce Foster, Jr. and Helen Waller Foster; and brother, Barry Foster.
Jodie is the beloved mother of Tracey Lynne May and Kenn May, Jr.; grandmother of Rivers May; sister of Doug Foster (Joanna), Randy Foster, Becky Foster Hudson (Joe), Freddie Foster (Alesa); and she had many other cherished family and friends.
