Interment will follow at Start Cemetery, Start, LA. Visitation will be held at 12:00 PM until time of service.Jessie was born February 14, 1947 in Delhi, LA and passed away May 24, 2019 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Annette Adams; and parents Steve and Ellen Lowery.Jessie is survived by her husband, Daniel Moses; sons, Jamie Adams and his wife Lindsay, and Scott Adams and his wife Johnette; step-sons, Matt Moses and his wife Jamie, and Clayton Moses and his wife Michelle; step-daughters, Danette Moses and Heather Moses; sisters, Bobbie Wiltz and her husband Allen, and Doris Ellis and her husband Frank; brother, Leroy Lowery and his wife Mary Ann; 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.Pallbearers will be Clayton Moses Sr., Clayton Moses, Jr., Elvis Ramsey, Ethan Adams, Paul Wade Turner, and Melvin Campbell.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA
