Jerry F. Wilson was born February 6, 1943 and passed away December 20, 2022. He was retired as Mechanical Engineer from Graphic Packaging. Jerry was an avid fisherman, and truly loved his Canine sidekick “Gateway”. He also was a huge Atlanta Braves and Georgia Tech football fan.
Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene W. Wilson; parents Mary and Arthur Wilson; brother, Hoyt Wilson; sister, Lucille Propes; grandson, Nathan Parker Burke; great-grandson, Nathan Burke.
Jerry is survived by his children, Lynn Huffman and husband Raymond T., Sr. and Stacey Brown and husband Ray; 2 step-children Kim Gower and husband Scott and Chris Davis and wife Roanna and their children; grandchildren, Michelle Brock, Brandi Sadler, Ethan Burke, Logan Burke, Mary Ashton Burke; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Eddie Wilson and wife Juanita.
Memorials may be made to NELA Food Bank or Salvation Army in Jerry’s memory.
Memorial services will be held at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Open Air Mausoleum at a later date.
