Funeral services for Jerald Ray Marshall, 68, of West Monroe, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 26, 2023 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Jerald’s nephew, Grant Geisbauer will provide the eulogy, along with other family members. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Jerald was born on June 4, 1955 in Kermit, Texas and passed away on August 19, 2023 in West Monroe. He was an Allstate football accolade who graduated from Southside High School in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Jerald went to Arkansas State University where he was a standout member of the 1975 undefeated 11-0 football team. In his pastime he enjoyed fishing and Jerald found a new love in yoga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Marshall and Cherry White Turner.

Jerald is survived by his loving wife of 42 dedicated years, Pat McGee Marshall; stepson, Keith Huntsman and wife Kim; sisters, Kari Coleman and husband Bill, Cindi Geisbauer and husband Al; grandchildren, Megan Huntsman Middlebrooks and husband Kirkland, Morgan Huntsman; great-grandchildren, Keller Middlebrooks, Stevie Perryman; stepfather, Jerry Turner; several nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
