Mary Catherine Moss left a message on July 18, 2007:
I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy to the family on the loss of Jean Austin. I am a very good friend of Dana Boockoff, her neice. I never did get to met her Aunt Jean, but Dana talked about her so much I felt like I knew her. I always asked Dana when we talked how she was during her illness. I know she will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. My prayers and thoughts will be with all of you during these trying times. MarY Catherine Moss

To the whole family I am so very sorry for your loss, I already miss her pretty smile. When I got there Fri. she had the most peaceful look to her she was a very beautiful lady and she loved you all with all of her heart. She was always laughing and smiling she was very strong. I thank God he held her in his arms the whole time she was here. I just want you all to know we will always be here if you ever need a shoulder to cry on or anything else we can do just let us know. You all have so many happy memories. She is your guardian angel watching over you all. She and my mother are probably telling stories about me and Joan and our younger years. We love you all and hope you have comfort in knowing she is with Jesus and she is trying out her new angel wings! We Love You!
Luke and Alexis McKenzie left a message on July 16, 2007:
My deepest condolences go to all that attended, friends and family. I wish I could have made it. I do know she is in a much happier place and she no longer feels pain. I am sorry that me or my husband, Luke, could not attend but our prayers and all of our love goes out to the family and know that "Everything happens for a reason." Love you all!
