Jay Lawrence Mullins was born December 11, 1947 in Monroe, LA and passed away February 29, 2024 in West Monroe, LA.
Jay is survived by his wife Mary Smalling Mullins; daughters Kimberly Mullins Bennett and husband Wes and Crystal Evans Hampton; sons Allen Evans and wife Dana and Shane Evans; grandchildren Erin Bennett Broussard and husband Danny, Tyler Evans, Allison Evans, Emily Bennett McDonald and husband Collin, Christopher Bennett, Blane Evans, Averi Belle Evans, Anne Marie Evans, Ella Hampton and Eli Hampton; great-grandchildren Cooper McDonald, Rory McDonald and Kasyn Evans.
Jay was preceded in death by his parents Homer H. Mullins and Gloria W. Mullins and a brother Joe Mullins.
A private memorial service will be held by family at a later date.
