Funeral services for Javier Angulo-Rodriguez will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Kilpatrick Funeral Homes in Ruston with Father Tony Posados officiating. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Memorial Gardens.  Visitation is Friday, March 5, 2021 from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Homes in Ruston.

Javier was born in Degollado Jalisco, Mexico on May 29, 1959 and passed away on February 27, 2021 in Ruston, LA.   Javier was a local restaurant owner and attended St. Thomas Catholic Church.

Javier is survived by his wife, Juana Melendez; children, Araceli Rodriguez, Antonio Melendez, Fabian Melendez, Anahi Melendez,; and grandson, Jovanni Navarro-Rodriguez.

Pallbearers will be Antonio Melendez, Francisco J. Aviles, Fabian Melendez, Juan Navarro, Alejandro Perez, and Ismael Perez.
