Ruston-James L. Fallin, age 91, of Ruston passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Cook Baptist Church. Interment will follow at St. Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 5-8 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
