Hope Marbury Napper, infant daughter of Sandy and Lomax Napper of Ruston went to Heaven on September 8, 2016. Hope was born on May 31, 2016 and was welcomed into this world by her loving big brother Camdyn Napper, her parents and grandparents: Becky and Lue Napper, Susan and Mark Singleton, Melissa and Eddie Parkman.Other relatives that are deceased include Great Grandparents Helen and Norman Parkman, Virginia and William Marbury, LaRue and Harold Napper, Mr. & Mrs L. B. Singleton, and Mr. & Mrs. A. W.
