Carol and Kenny, We wish to convey our deepest sympathies to you on the loss of our dear Aunt Helen. I always enjoyed visiting with her about our family history and as the last of her Worsham family, she had a lot of stories to share. We will always remember her as a true Southern lady. She will be greatly missed by all of your Texas cousins.
Elenora and Elisabeth Cawthon left a message on January 21, 2011:
We miss Cousin Helen immensely. But we are thankful for her long life, richly lived. She cheered us with her graciousness, fine cooking, and kindness as a traveling companion. And how we appreciated her beautifully modulated speaking voice! She and her cousin Ardis now are swapping stories about the Kolbs.
Patrice Hilton left a message on January 14, 2011:
I am so sorry about Helen. I know she will be missed. I have heard so many stories from the Rummikub group. They had a such a special bond with each other.

Thinking and praying for you in your loss. Your Mom was a lovely lady and my mother, Maureen enjoyed times spent with her.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Ken & Carol, There are so many memories...from the first time I visited Louisiana in 1967 to the time Aunt Helen moved back to Ruston in 1985. The several sweet visits in the last four years are precious to me, too. She had a unique spin on things and had a way of making me see things in a different light. I will treasure my cookbooks and the many entertaining/cooking lessons I got from her.

Kenny & Carol, We are so sorry to hear about your mother. Your mother & father were like second parents to both of us. We watch the two of you grow up and looked forward to the dinners your mother would invite us to. There always was coffee waiting when we arrived. We have so many fond memories of your Mother and will miss her.
