Funeral services for Harold F. Kennedy will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints West Monroe. Bishop William Carter will be officiating. Interment will follow at Lynn Cemetery, Archibald, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Mr. Kennedy was born April 24, 1926 in Vivian, LA and passed away February 5, 2018 in West Monroe. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and Korean War. Mr. Kennedy was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints and he worked in the oil field. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel M. Kennedy and Viola Darnell Kennedy; daughter, Sheila Kennedy Earl; brothers, Clifford, Lamar, Freddie; sisters; Martel Paquin, Opal Cavin and Lois Thompson.Mr. Kennedy is survived by his wife, Doris Jean Cloud Kennedy; sons, Keith Ray Kennedy, Randall Brian Kennedy and Steven Lamar Kennedy; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; brother, D.M.
