A celebration of Life for Harley Ray Frazier will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 11, 2019 at First Baptist Church, Calhoun. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon before the services.Harley was born January 27, 1941 in Wann, Oklahoma and passed away May 2, 2019 in Monroe, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his parents, Luke and June Elliot Frazier; siblings, Carlene Reed, Rhonda Lunak, Francis Frazier, Jesse Norene Frazier.Harley is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sheila Pelas Frazier; children, Missy Pelas and husband Larry; grandchildren, Kelsie Guy, Megan Frazier, Hunter Frazier; step-grandchildren, Evan Pelas, Ryan Pelas, Lauren Pelas; great-grandson, Asher Collins; brothers, Dennis Frazier, Allan Frazier, Darrell Frazier, Hank Frazier; sister, Kathy Blehm; many other cherished family and friends.Harley enjoyed his past times of fishing, wood working, and playing cards with The Gang. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 21 years of service. Upon his retirement, he was an investigator for Plaquemines Parish District Attorney Office for numerous years. He also managed the Plaquemines Cable Television in the 80 and was the IT Manager at First Baptist Church in Calhoun for many years.
