Funeral services for Mrs. Georgia R. Prestridge, 75, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Rodney Sanders officiating. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Calhoun, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Prestridge was born March 29, 1931 in Monroe, LA and passed away July 9, 2006 in West Monroe. Mrs. Prestridge was a loving mother, grandmother and her door was always open with a welcoming heart and warm meal. Mrs. Prestridge is survived by her children; Jack Caples Jr., Rhonda Bennett, Lydia Carter and husband Russell, Robert Caples and wife Sandra, Barry Tripp; sisters; Lucille Graff, Bobbye Bonnett and Ann Lundy; brothers, Clarence Alford and Howard Alford; grandchildren: Jeff Stockstill, Kayla Lineberger, Jason Carter, Justin Carter, Lucas Allen, Brandon Caples, Ashley, Chelsea, BJ and Chad Tripp; 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Jeff Stockstill, Brandon Caples, Justin Carter and Jason Carter, Chris Phillips and Keith Payne. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 12, 2006 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
