I am very sorry to hear about "Bo" passing. I have known him a long time, even before I moved to Choudrant. I use to stop by and buy peaches at his house when you just took the peaches and left you money in the container. When I created a CD for the Choudrant Restoration and Beautification Society, Bo was one I the people that I interviewed. While doing my genealogy, I found out that I was 3rd cousin to his wife which is something I didn't know. He was a hard worker and a very nice person to talk to.

My husband was posted to Barksdale Air Force Base in 2000. We were a Royal Air Force family from the United Kingdom. Whilst we were there we discovered that I had relatives in Louisiana......my sister Sally had, and still has an interest in the family genealogy. Sally and I share the same great great grandparents as Janet, Cynthia and Randall. My husband and girls ( very small at the time) met Bo and the family and were given such a warm welcome. I have special memories of being with Bo and picking peaches which my little girls loved. When we left Louisiana Bo sent us pecans. My family were very sad to hear of his passing and send our condolences.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Bo. He was a very good friend to Archer and I. We really enjoyed his gift of the peaches he grew. His family is in my thoughts and prayers.
