Funeral services for Gary Lynn Gandy 63, of Farmerville, LA will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Officiating will be Bro. Alfred Hill. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Strong, AR under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.Mr. Gandy was born on June 5, 1953 and passed away on September 9, 2016 in Farmerville, LA. He was a retired Safety Coordinator and Correction Officer for the Union Parish Detention Center in Farmerville. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Max Gandy, and Betty Gandy sister, Sandra Wallace and niece, Mona Hart.Survivors are his sister, Barbara Sisk and husband Rocky of Farmerville, LA; children, Christopher Lynn Gandy and wife Cristie of Farmerville, LA; Charlotte Renee Harrison of Farmerville, LA; and Heather Rene Gandy and partner Courtney Shelbon of Marion, LA; grandchildren, Christina Renee Youngblood, Chelsea Ann Harrison, Alyssa Marie Froehlich, Layne Austin Gandy, Isabella Crist‚ûl Sandlin, Ethan Lynn Gandy, Aidan Lee Luv Sandlin, Nathan Lee Harrison, and Andrew Chase Gandy; a host of nieces, and nephews, whom he loved dearly.Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville.Pallbearers will be Ronald Wallace, Dwain Rodgers, Robby Wallace, Trey Rodgers, Bryan Hart, Ryan Shapiro and Jacob Barber.Honorary Pallbearers will be Teddy Rodgers, and Arnold Lee.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeFarmerville, LA.
