Gary was born October 6, 1948 and passed away October 6, 2021. He was employed by First National Bank and Commerce and Energy Bank. Gary was preceded in death by his parents Devon and Inez Burgess Lewis and his wife of 52 years, Libby Guice Lewis.

Gary is survived by his son, Jason Lewis and wife Rachel; sister, Dency Blackmon and husband Larry; nieces;

D’Anne Bennett, Amy Many and husband Jeremy, Kinbur Blackmon Thornburg and husband Jayme; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
