Mr. Herring was born on October 27, 1946 and passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 73 at his home in Sarepta, LA. He was a member of old Union Baptist Church in Shongaloo, LA. He enjoyed dancing, deer hunting, fishing, throwing trotlines, farming and gambling. Frank is survived by his wife…
