Frank Walton Etherington, 75, of Ruston, LA, passed away on August 25, 2019 in Ruston.Frank was born in Louisville, KY, on June 19, 1944 to Frank and Edna Futrelle Etherington. He was a native of Louisville, KY, worked as a geologist, and served his country in the Army. Frank was an avid birder, gardener, and conservationist.
