Mrs. Frances Martin Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Martin, 85 of West Monroe, LA will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 12, 2006 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Eros, LA with Dr. Timothy L. Martin and Dr. Scott Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Martin was born April 9, 1921 in Roxie, Mississippi and passed away August 9, 2006 in Monroe, LA. Mrs. Martin was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Eros, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Leo Martin, sister, Beatrice Freeman, mother, Amanda Hester, and a grandson, Scott Carmichael. Mrs. Martin is survived by her four children: Charlotte Hutto and husband Clint, Oliver Martin and wife Janice, Kathy Carmichael and husband Biff, and Nanya French and husband Stephen; grandchildren, Shannon Walker and husband Steven, Anjanette Large and husband Randy, Timothy Martin and wife Mollie, Amy Brady and husband John, Shawn Carmichael and wife Ronna, Oscar Carmichael, Amber Pepper and husband Jim; great grandchildren, Lorri Frith, Mindy Ledford and husband Justin, Amanda Moreau, Megan Large, Jonathan Walker, David Hutto, Traci Sasser, Winston Large, Olivia Martin, Austin Brady, Jacob Martin, Justin Brady, Mackenzie Martin, Ember Carmichael, Heather Carmichael, Jonathan Fautheree and Alyssa Carmichael; sister: Myrtis Buras; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Clint Hutto, Jim Pepper, Shawn Carmichael, Biff Carmichael, Stephen French, Mike Fautheree, Timothy Martin and Paul Buras. Visitation will be Friday, August 11, 2006 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, and 1:00 p.m. until service time Saturday at the Church.
