Larry and Debbie Rader left a message on February 13, 2008:
Wow, She was such a wonderful person. Look at every thing she did in her life and all the people she helped and touched with her heart. You should be proud of your Mom. She will always be in your heart. Larry always spoke of her in memories of her kindness and loving ways. I was able to have a nice talk with her just she and I at the wedding at Fort Knox. We seemed to  hit it off right away, and I really enjoyed it. She had a great personality and  the time we spent together left me wanting for more. Frances was a special person and she will be missed.                     Love, Debbie
