Floyd J. Holman Jr. Funeral services for Floyd James Holman Jr. 50, of Downsville, LA will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, LA. Officiating will be Carolyn Volentine, Bobby Taylor, and James Wilson. Interment will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mr. Holman passed away on February 26, 2007 from a brief illness, he was a resident of Gulf Shores, AL, where he worked as a mechanic. He is preceded in death by his father Floyd J. Holman Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Melanie Ann Holman Booth of West Monroe, LA; son, Jeremy James Holman Booth of Shreveport, LA; mother, Jewel Holman of Downsville, LA; 3 brothers, Terry Holman of West Monroe, LA; Lawrence Holman of Farmerville, LA; Charles Holman of Fouke, AR; sister, Cheryl Booth of Farmerville, LA; and grandson, Dylan Booth of West Monroe, LA. Pallbearers: Keith Taylor, John Wallace, Harry Hinton, Todd Quarles, Johnny McFarland and James B. Guice.
