Christine Faye Newman Kilpatrick Funeral Home Ruston, La. Funeral service for Christine Faye Newman, age 75, of Breaux Bridge La. will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Wayne Lyons will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery in Sharon, La. under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Ruston. Mrs. Newman was born July 13, 1931 in Fountain Hill, Arkansas and passed away in Ruston, La. April 1, 2007. Faye was a member of Teche Baptist Church in Breaux Bridge La. She is survived by her husband: Clifford Newman of Breaux Bridge, La., son: Steve Newman and wife Elaine of Lafayette La.; daughter: Sheryl Vincent and husband Joey of Heflin, La.; sister: Barbara Gandy and husband Bill of Pine Bluff, Ark.; brother: Allen Muse and wife Reva of Texarkana TX.; four grandchildren: Mark Johns, Misty Nevils, Paige Newman, and Derek Newman; and 10 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Troy Nevils, Joey Vincent, Derek Newman, Mark Johns, Ben Sawyer, and Kelley Trahan. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 3, 2007 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, La. On line condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
