Mrs. Hughes was born December 21, 1930 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away March 29, 2007 in West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Hughes was a resident of New Orleans for many years and was preceded in death by her husband Dean Hughes. Mrs. Hughes is survived by her children; Margaret ¨Polly Howard and Milon LeWayne Frith, Jancie ¨Janette Martin; brother; James Burnett; sisters; JoAnn Skipper, Faye Manning, Peggy Barrett, and Elaine McMurray; 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
