Funeral services for Emmitte Fleming, 41, of Eros, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 30, 2011 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Rev. Gary Brewster and Rev. Randy Burdeaux will officiate. Interment will follow at Wilhite Cemetery, Point, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Emmitte Was born August 5, 1969 in Monroe, LA and passed away January 26, 2011 in West Monroe. He was employed with ULM as a ground keeper. Emmitte was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Mary Fleming. He is survived by his wife, Amanda Fleming; 4 children, Cody Fleming, Samantha Fleming, Zackary Lindsey and Makayla Lindsey; 2 sisters; Paula Collinsworth and husband Thomas and Rhonda Shoemaker; brother, Marvin Fleming II and wife Nora; Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers will be Nick Marble, Joseph McLeod, Jameson Fleming, Keith Ecker, Greg Smith and Robert Jackson. Visitation will be Saturday, January 29, 2011from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
