I just remember seeing your mother at Landmark last Easter when the schools went there and let the sweet people fill the little one's Easter Baskets. It also brought back so many memories from the best days of my life at Highland Baptist Church. She was a wonderful lady. Please let me know if I can help.

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you as you go through this very trying time. One by one we have all suffered the loss of our mother or daddy - all Halley's. How sad. Aunt Elvy was the last of their generation, now it is up to us to continue. Aunt Elvy loved life and family . .. remember her with laughter and remember the good times.

My dear family. With great saddness I write this. I feel like I have lost my MaMa all over agin. I loved Aunt Elvy more than words can say. When I would get her a gown she always wanted pink. I know the pink roses would make her happy. My kids loved Aunt Elvy so much. Dan and family are here helping us move. We are coming home. I wish things could have been different. We would have had so much fun together. I prayed for God to give all of you strength. I am blessed..I have so many good memories growning up and staying at Aunt Elvy's house..She was always so good to me. The hi-light of my summers was coming to Aunt Elvy's house...Wish I could have done more for her like she did for me...Love, Layne and family
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
