Jimmy Pitson and Bro. Lance Otwell officiating. Interment to follow at Clark Springs Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.. Ms. Golson was born September 8, 1932 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away April 19, 2007 in West Monroe, LA. Ms. Golson was a first grade teacher at Crosley Elementary School for 26 years. Ms. Golson was a member of Clark Springs Baptist Church and was also a member of Kappa Kappa Iota Sorority. Ms. Golson was preceded in death by her parents Thomas & Elsie Golson, a sister, Juanita Cantrell, and a nephew, Stephen Crowell. Ms Golson is survived by a brother, Thomas Wayne Golson and wife Patsy; sister, Shirley Crowell; nieces, Pamela Davis, Valerie Calhoun and Karen Pace; nephews; Wayne Golson, David Golson and Troy Golson; numerous great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Wayne Golson, David Golson, Troy Golson, Jason Daavis, Jeremy Calhoun and Jarred Golson.
