Graveside service for Ellen S. Fletcher, 79, of West Monroe will be held at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Larry Linson officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Ellen was born April 5, 1943 in Thibodaux, LA and passed away on July 25, 2022 in West Monroe, LA. She was a nurse at St. Francis for 30 plus years. When she wasn’t taking care of patients she loved going to garage sales, cooking and playing cards with her family. Ellen was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Ray Fletcher and her parents, Gilmore and Louise Stevens; brother Matthew Stevens.

Ellen is survived by her sons Bryan Fletcher and significant other Doris Matheney and Eric Fletcher and wife Cathy; 2 grandchildren Jamie Florentine and husband Kyle and Zachary Fletcher; 3 great-grandchildren;
Braxton, Brylin and Bailee Florentine; siblings Kathleen Stevens, Bobby Stevens and wife Janice, Barbara Mayfield, Jimmy Stevens and wife Jackie; numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers Braxton Florentine, Steve Florentine, Kyle Florentine Herbert Bedgood and Eric Steed.

Special thanks to one of her favorite girls, her niece Angela Steed. She always took time to make sure she was taken care of.
