Interment will follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.Mrs. Givens was born on November 24, 1938 in Ferriday, LA and passed away on March 11, 2014 in Calhoun, LA. She was preceded in death by two children, Michael Givens and Deborah Bass.She is survived by her son, Aubrey Givens and wife, Eileen; daughter, Marilyn Bryant; grandchildren, Jeff Givens, Jason Givens, Jack Allen, Jennifer Allen, Patrick Bass, Samuel Bass, Gregory Shyrock, Joseph Bryant, and Heather Bryant; 18 great-grandchildren; step-children, Scott Givens, Todd Givens, Merle Givens, Kevin Givens, Katie Copeland, Jennifer Brown, and Pamela Nurmi.Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
