I worked for the Monroe Police Department for 14 years and knew Ed most of my career.  He would usually come out and ride with me on Friday or Saturday.  He was a wonderful person and great friend.  I had many memorable moments with Ed and will cherish them forever.  He will be dearly missed.

Aunt Norma, words can't express the feelings that Susie and I have for your loss. You know Uncle Pete was our heart and we feel you loss deeply. You and Roger are in our thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry that we are not able to be with you today. Susie has a terrible cold and I have been off work for about three weeks now with neck problems. We love you dearly and again we are so sorry. Kathy

I wish that I had kept up more with Ed.  We were in the reserves together for over 6 years.  He was a good guy.  We spent many a night together patrolling the streets.  You will be missed Ed.  My condolences to his family.
