Dr. Miller was born on August 3, 1933 in Alexandria, LA and passed away on October 7, 2012 in Monroe, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Veronica. He is survived by daughter, Camy and husband, Mike; and two grandchildren, Will and Sarah. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Northeast Louisiana Food Bank.
