Dear Essie, Hank, and the rest of the family,I have just ready the April 3 edition of the Wall Street Journal. There was an article on page B5 about invisible livestock fencing. I hope you can find it. It sounds as though they have perfected the system first developed by Coleman back in the 70's. Thought it would be a slight chance I could call your attention to it. I found the obituary from 2013 and send my sympathy. I hope the funeral director will be kind enough to forward this to you. I lost John on Feb. 24 of this year after a difficult illness. I am so blessed that Will and Joe live a mile each way and stop every day. You, too, are blessed with family and understand how much that helps. God Bless all of you. Connie Greig same address. Dr. Hensley will be missed but having worked with him for several years I appreciated his friendship and help when I was a newly assigned FSIS veterinarian. I know that God will comfort you all during this difficult time.

To the family of Doc: I was at Natchitoches, LA poultry plant with USDA when Doc was at Farmerville, LA poultry plant in the early 1990s. In fact, Doc’s mother taught me geometry in high school in Lafayette, LA many years before. He was a unique man and veterinarian. God bless you all in this trying time. May the Lord’s peace comfort you all. Paul A. Resweber, DVM District Manager USDA, FSIS, OFO, Jackson District Office Ridgeland, Mississippi

For John and Mike, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. I loved Doc and the conversations we would have; actually, he did most of the talking since he had way more interesting stories than I did. Becky and I are sorry for your loss and for not being able to come up there. We will pray for you both and for your mother. Doc was a believer in Jesus Christ, as I know both of you are as well so I pray you receive a comfort and a peace that can only come from the Lord. If ya'll need anything, please let me know. You are in our prayers. I love you both.
