Miss Judy and Jansen, I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Fred. I still think of him like I did as a little girl and he'll always be nice, friendly, funny and young in my mind. My sister's son goes to the same school Sheila's kids go and she told me what happened. I still think about your beautiful home in Farmerville and all the fun we had there. You and Mr. Fred always made me feel so welcome in your home. I just wanted to tell you that I'm thinking about you and that your family is in my prayers.

Dear Judy and Family, I was so saddened to hear of Fred's death. I can truly say I know some of your feelings since I lost Jerry 19 months ago. Of course the circumstances were different. Your loss of Fred was sudden and Jerry was ill for over 8 years but the feelings of loss are great either way. I pray that your sadness will be lightened by knowing he is in a better place. Just let yourself go through the emotions as they come and in time it will begin to get somewhat easier. I will be thinking of you. Nancy Boyce

Mrs.Judy I am sure going to miss my buddy. We had an age difference of 20 years but we seemed to bridge the gap with our love of kids and the desire to see them succeed. I will miss riding to the games and hanging out at practice. Many times listening to him talk about the boys and trying to analyze what they did wrong in the game I thought what I would have given to have somebody like that in my life when I was a kid. In the van on the way to the funeral some of the kids who played on the a.a.u. team and the RO kids were trading stories of the trips we took with him. I know they are stories that some of them will tell their kids someday. It was a joy for me to watch Jordan be able to experience a man like Doc in his life. Jordan has a great grandfather but as you know he lives 2000 miles away Doc really filled in the gaps. I hope when Jaxon grows up he has a Dr.Teaster come along in his life. It was truly an honor for me to be his friend. Sorry for being long winded. Love you all Chris PS. I have to disagree with him on one thing. Tyler is no longer a golden child, I think he has now become a golden young man.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for the family and lifting you up for strength and courage during this sad time. I am Ramsey's sister and Patrick and Erick's aunt and have watched Dr. Teaster coach and yell for the RO Mustangs with much delight. He truly had the "Mustang Pride". I will continue to pray for the family and asking God's richest blessings on you.

I appologize for not being at the funeral I did not get to spend much time with Fred through the years but I did fully enjoy our visits. I did get to work with Dr Teaster. He was a good doctor and definitely had his patients' best interests at heart. We all will miss him and hope that he is now playing abetter golf course. Raymond Haik

Dr Teaster was my eye Dr for many years while I was a child. He is the one that prescribed my first pair of eye glasses. I know you all will miss him dearly. May God wrap his arms around and touch you with his healing hands.

Jansen and Sheila, I was so sorry to read about your father. You and your family will be in my prayers. I know what it is like to lose a daddy. Shelia, I feel we have just reaquainted with pictures both through Day School and basketball. Jansen, I fondly remember teaching with you at Lexington. I still see Jonathan Peters and he asks about you. You were on my heart and will be in my prayers. In Christ, Lisa Keyes

Dear Freddy, what can I say, we have a lifetime of memories, there is not enough space on a computer to recall all. Each day I live brings on a situation that triggers a memory of him. At this point in time I remember him playing "taps" at a Bragg City-Wardell basketball game when we finally beat them.I know what a joy it was to him to be at that basketball game coaching with his all. May God Forgive and Bless us All.
