I met Dr. Don Wells in November of 1986 when I was interviewed for a job in the College of Education Dean's Office at Louisiana Tech. He and Dean Jerry Andrews hired me for my first job after finishing my college degree. I found Dr. Wells to be very professional while being patient and encouraging - as I mentioned, it was my first real job. After I left that position and moved to another one, I would occasionally run into him on-campus and he was always interested in what I was doing, etc., and I was glad we got to visit. I can truly say he was one of the nicest people I have ever met and worked with. I was so very sorry to read that he passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with his family who I know he deeply loved. Psalm 46:1
