Funeral services for Denton Denny Pearson, Sr. 63, will be held Monday, February20, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Monroe. Bro. J.R. Wells will officiate. Interment will follow at Ouachita City Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.Denny was born on July 13, 1953 in Marion, LA and passed away February 17, 2017 in Monroe. He was retired from the oil field industry. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Daphane Pearson; brother, Richard Pearson Jr.; sisters Gracie Pearson, Eula McKinnie and Sandra Nixon.He is survived by his wife, Dee Pearson; son Denton Lee Pearson, Jr. and wife Melanie; sister Rene Hollis and husband Jeff; and grandsons, Brock, Blade and Madden.Pallbearers will be Jerry Hobson, Ronnie Hobson, Reggie Hobson, Casey Hobson, Todd Jenny, Stephen Hodge, Stan Parker, and Gary Mobley. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Haacks, David Roberson, Roy Ebarb, Billy Joe Johnson and Parker Haile.Visitation will be held Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Monroe.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com
