Sending lots of love, hugs and prayers to the family. My sister; Linda Walters Hubbard was married to Bruce.. Dennis’s brother. I remember Dennis from when I was young and lived with my sister; Linda and my brother in law; Bruce Hubbard, Sr. I will always cherish these memories along with those of his parents.

One of my most fond memories from my childhood is of Dennis. He was in the kitchen at my family's house when we lived in Bastrop. He was making a pot of gumbo in a pressure cooker. He put the lid on, but the pressure from the pot blew out the stopper and gumbo shot up hitting the ceiling and covering the area with green gumbo. There was a spot in the ceiling for years afterward despite us scrubbing and painting the ceiling more than once. I still laugh about that night to this day. Dennis had a way of always making us laugh.
